New wind and weather resource:
There’s a new weather resource available now which provides highly detailed and acurate worldwide wind forecasts called wind guru. Just register by clicking on “New user” and set the longitude and latitude for Saipan (Latitude: 15° 12′ North / Longitude: 145° 45′ East)in the “your custom spots” area at the bottom of the page, then go to forcasts, and select the custom spot you’ve made.
